General Director of Univer-Capital, Deputy head of USFA’s Bonds Commission

Mr. Karpenko graduated from Donetsk Technical University. During his activities he continuously received extra education, took courses at Kyiv-Mohila Business School, International Business Institute, Ernst&Young educational center. Since 2006 he has been active member of the Ukrainian Society of Financial Analysts. At present he is finishing his studies in the  International Business Institute and getting EMBA grade.
Mr. Karpenko started his career as an observer in a business periodical. He was noticed in this activity and got a position of an analyst in an investment company. Further he dealt with loan financing and issuing corporate bonds and became a director of the respective department and top-manager of a well-known company. Currently he manages the business of IG Univer-Capital, which specializes in broker and custodian services, and asset managment in the Ukrainian capital market. He is also a member of the Exchange Board of Perspectiva Stock Exchange and Board Member of “Stock Shops Network”, participates as a speaker in professional conferences.
He specialises in the analysis of stock market instruments and stock market infrastructure development. He also focuses on the problems of strategic planning of the development of securities market and of its professional participants, as well as on changing business models related to the stock market development.
