USFA member, member of Advisory Council of “Investment Banking Magazine”, Head of Research, Deputy Director at Expert-Rating Rating Agency Ltd, Associate professor at Ukrainian Stock Market Development Institute
Mr. Shapran has started his career in credit department of Joint Stock Postal and Pension Bank AVAL. He graduated from Kyiv National Economic University in 1999. He has bachelor's in finance, master's degree in banking and Ph.D. from Kyiv National Economic University. Mr. Shapran is a regular author of Securities of Ukraine weekly, the edition of Ukraine’s State Securities and Stock Market Commission. He has worked as international financial market analyst at IG “Russian Polis” (Moscow), “National bank magazine” (Moscow).
At present, he is a member of Advisory Council of “Investment Banking Magazine”, Associate professor at Ukrainian Stock Market Development Institute, Vice-Chairman of Banking Commission of USFA, Head of Research and Deputy Director at Expert-Rating Rating Agency Ltd. As a Deputy Director of Expert Rating RA Ltd Mr. Shapran is responsible for the provision of institutional and product ratings to banks, local authorities, and industrial companies.
Mr. Shapran has more than 300 articles in Ukrainian and foreign journals. His articles in most part deal with banking, insurance and investment business.
