Nino Vianello advised and implemented (re)structuring and transactions working for Coopers&Lybrand and Ernst & Young before doing (re)structuring and transactions for Nortel Networks (where he was active in de EMEA region) for Scala Business Solutions (EU and CIS region), for Epicor Software (EU and CIS region), for UCMS Group EMEA (EMEA region) and UCMS (EU Region). He is currently active on behalf of Fathom Capital Group and Strois Asset Management (predominantly Ukraine). He has a master degree in Corporate Law from the University of Leiden, a master degree in Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam and an MBA from Warwick Business School.
