Dmitriy Leonov - Head of the Board, Ukrainian Association of Investment Business (UAIB), Head of Ukrainian Stock Market Development Institute (USMDI)

 

Dmitriy Leonov was born in 1968 in Kiev. He graduated from: Kiev’s institute of economy (1991), National Academy of internal affairs (2000), doctor's degree department of Vadim Getman Kyiv National Economic University (2007). Mr. Leonov has worked with many commercial firms, banks, investment companies. He was head of the Board of investment company “Congress Investment”.

At the present moment Mr. Leonov is the head of asset management company “IQ Technology”, the head of the Board corporate investment fund “UkrSib – Stable Income”, the head of the Board of the open pension fund “Vzaimopomosh”, head of Ukrainian Stock Market Development Institute, Head of the Board, Ukrainian Association of Investment Business.

Presently, Ukrainian Association of Investment Business is the only self-regulatory non-government organization in Ukraine, to which the State has delegated a share of its powers, in particular, as regards exercising the functions of pre-licensing preparation of asset managing companies that intend to obtain a license for carrying out professional activity from the State Stock Market Securities Commission.
